Apart from hard work and dedication, to get that sort of muscle building, you need to have perfect genetics as well. Therefore, you need to forget the myths and fears that you may become too bulky and muscular as it will not happen in any case.

For that at first you need to have a target that what type of body you want to have. If you want to have bulky body, it’s good to do high strength and low rep exercises. On the other hand, if your desire to have a lean-mean body, lifting heavy lighter weights and high rep is the best for you.

If you are up to loss weight loss and muscle mass gain, doing proper weight loss bodybuilding is the best. For that you need to follow the workout regimen that has perfect mix of cardio and strength exercises.
