So, it follows that you need to get eight or nine hours of sleep every night, if you want to build muscles.

The next simple way to build muscles is to be careful of what you eat.  It’s important to eat a lot, when you are trying to gain muscle.  Your body needs to use that food as fuel, after all.  Certain foods, like junk foods, won’t turn into muscle, though.  So, you need to be careful to not just eat lots of food, but also eat foods that are good for you.

Finally, make sure to challenge yourself during your gym workouts.  Don’t treat a trip to the gym as a walk in the park.  The object is to work hard.  Your muscles won’t grow unless you exercise them.  So, giving your muscles an intense workout, watching your diet and getting plenty of rest is the easiest and smartest way to build muscle.
