<p>When you are bodybuilding, it&#8217;s important to remember that time is not a factor.  Just because you spend an hour, for example, bodybuilding doesn&#8217;t mean you did so properly.  <span id="more-120"></span>The energy you burn while working out is much more important than how long it takes.  If you try to rush through your workout, you are making one of the common bodybuilding mistakes.  Unfortunately, it&#8217;s also one of the most costly, since it can hurt your body.</p>
<p>Next, it&#8217;s important to remember that your body needs protein to grow its muscles.  You need to eat properly to avoid any serious bodybuilding mistake, as a result, or no amount of exercise will help you gain muscle.  So, be sure that your body is getting the proper fuel that it needs.  That way, you can get the most out of your work out and be sure to gain muscle.</p>
