Causes and Effects of Bodybuilding Muscle Pain

muscle-painBody building muscle pain is quite common. It is not restricted to a single muscle fibre. It can include fascia, tendons, ligaments and soft tissues connecting bones, muscles and organs. Muscle pain is generally related to muscle injury, overuse or tension. It can be caused due to physical exercise. In this regard, some specific muscles might be involved in pain that might start during the exercise or after it. The activity causing pain is quite obvious.

Sometime, the whole body can be under the influence of muscle pain as in case of some infection like flu or some connective tissue disorder like lupus. There are many causes of body building muscle pain, but fibromyalgia is the common cause of muscle pain in which tenderness in muscles is observed along with pain in surrounding tissues, fatigue and headache.
