<p>When it comes to diets to gain muscle, another thing to do is to avoid eating junk food.  Eating fatty foods and empty calories is, after all, not the way to build muscles.  All junk foods do is tire you out and slow you down.</p>
<p>What you should eat are foods that contain carbohydrates and proteins.  When muscles are torn during workouts, proteins are what repair them.  Meanwhile, carbohydrates give a person the much needed energy to workout.  So, if you are planning to put your body through the daily rigors of bodybuilding, it&#8217;s very important that you are eating the right foods.<br />
