You will be surprised to learn that you can build big muscle with the help of bodyweight workouts. In fact, I’ve designed physical formulas that include right mix of bodyweight workouts. My mail box is flooded with countless emails from so men and women who are eager to gain muscle mass and lose fat. However, because of many reasons, they are unable to attend gym. All you need to do is to train hard for 3 or 4 days a week for at least 45 minutes and you are on the way to the great health.
