How to Plan and Schedule Your Muscle Building Diets
Your diet is important to help your muscle grow faster. Here’s the fact, most of us kept focusing on the bodybuilding workout routine. That’s a bad idea to ignore your healthy diet to supply sufficient nutrition to grow your muscles. Just remember your muscle need energy too. Normally, I always eat multiple meals along the day, since it allows the steady flow of energy and nutrition supply to muscles to do their muscle growth and repair activities.
Here is the simple diet timetable I scheduled personally for myself.
- 5am: Pre Workout Meal
- 7is: Post Workout Meal
- 10is: Mid Morning Meal
- 12am: Lunch
- 3pm: Mid Afternoon Meal
- 6pm: Supper/Dinner
- 9pm: Evening Meal
That’s how I allocate my healthy bodybuilding diets. You can personalize your daily diet as well according to your living style while its just sufficient nutrition taken for your muscle to grow faster.
