<p>One of the tips on gaining muscle fast that does work, however, is to concentrate on how you are eating.  You may not realize it, but the foods you eat fuel your body.  Without the proper fuel, a car won&#8217;t run.  Your body is no different.  You have to eat properly, if you expect your gym workouts to actually, well, work out.</p>
