Force Factor works extremely well for me.I guess everyone takes to supplements differetly in their own way.I’m 185,lean ,vascular ,defined thanks to hard work outs ,good diet and the Force Factor gives me that boost I need at the gym.Bottom line, it’s all about discipline and sticking to a good routine. Force Factor is the best nitric oxide supplements.

Good article. One thing I would like to add is that martial arts also teaches speed and flexibility which are often lacking in just bodybuilding.

Sadly beating most BB drug tests is very easy ( simply use a clean urine sample from someone else ).

That's why it is better for beginners to learn from those who have walked the path already, not those who have only theoretically walked the path whose knowledge consists of what "should" be.

Please beware of the risks!! My nephew, 21 years old from southern CA died yesterday morning after injecting himself with a little too much insulin. He was not a diabetic.
He was using it to bulk up as he was a weight trainer and wanted to look really buff. This was done against the advice of his parents, now we are burying him next week and our families are wrecked all because he felt invincible and it wouldn't hurt him.
Please don't do this stuff, the risk is not worth it.

This sounds to me like you are suggesting the superslow technique where you are putting on heavy weights and are taking 20- 30 seconds for a single repetition. I heard it is pretty effective but never really did it to the extension you suggest. Should perhaps try it :)

If you do the normal 10 minutes of cardio every fitness suggests before the workout you should be fine.
Still there are people who want to gain muscle fast and go straight into training.
But after one injury, they will never make this mistake again ^^
