You need to get enough sleep.  Sleep is the time when muscles start to build.  Your body needs that downtime to re-energize and to heal the muscles.  This is the easiest female bodybuilding fitness tip there is.  Just sleep.  As easy as it is, people will have trouble with it.  These day’s people don’t put enough emphasis on the importance of sleep.  Getting 9 hours of sleep every night will give your body what it needs to have muscle growth at its peak.
