One of the tips on gaining muscle fast that does work, however, is to concentrate on how you are eating.  You may not realize it, but the foods you eat fuel your body.  Without the proper fuel, a car won’t run.  Your body is no different.  You have to eat properly, if you expect your gym workouts to actually, well, work out.

It’s also important to workout properly.  If you don’t exercise the right way, you can hurt yourself.  At the very least, though, you won’t gain muscle.  In fact, you might even lose some.  If you aren’t eating healthy, getting enough sleep and working out properly, you’ll never make any progress with building muscle.
